Avoid touching the treated area and skip makeup on it for the first 24 hours so the skin can settle.

Avoid hot tubs, saunas, heavy workouts, and direct sun for 24–48 hours after each session.

Mild redness is normal and fades quickly. A cool compress helps — picking or scratching does not.

How much does electrolysis cost?
A 30-minute consultation is $30, a 30-minute session is $60, and a 60-minute session is $120. Rates can vary by body part, surface area, hair density, and thickness, and the studio notes extended sessions run $150 per hour — your consultation confirms the exact plan and price.
Is electrolysis really permanent?
Yes. Electrolysis is the only FDA-approved permanent hair removal treatment. It destroys the growth cells inside each treated follicle, so that follicle can never grow hair again.
Does it work on any hair and skin type?
Yes — unlike laser, electrolysis treats every hair color and skin type, including light, gray, and fine hairs, on any part of the face or body.
How many sessions will I need?
Hair grows in cycles, so a series of sessions spaced over time is needed to catch every follicle. Your consultation maps out a realistic plan based on the area and density.
Does it hurt?
Most clients feel mild, brief discomfort that varies by area and sensitivity. Sessions are paced for comfort, and Julia is known for her calm, gentle approach.
