mapping & design
Before any pigment touches your skin, your brows, lips, or liner are carefully measured, mapped, and drawn on. With a Fine Arts degree and years of color-theory training, Yulia designs for your facial symmetry, and nothing begins until you love the shape.
the procedure
Relax in our Kirkland studio while your design comes to life. As a Licensed Master Esthetician and Medical Assistant, Yulia works with a gentle, precise hand and a clinical standard of care, most first appointments run about 90 minutes to two hours.
the touch-up
Permanent makeup is a two-step art. A touch-up session perfects the color, tone, and shape once the skin has healed. Down the road, a refresh touch-up (usually 10–14 months later) keeps your result fresh and sharp for 24–30 months.

share your history
Tell us about previous permanent makeup, skin conditions, sensitivities, and any medications during your consultation. Yulia specializes in correcting previous work and working with various skin conditions.
be kind to your skin
Avoid sun exposure and pause any irritant topical agents in the treatment area during the week prior to your appointment, so your skin is calm and ready.
come as you are
Arrive with clean skin in the treatment area and bring inspiration photos if you have them. Plan for about 90 minutes to two hours, there's no rushing good design.
Some health conditions and medications can affect candidacy or timing for permanent makeup, your consultation is the place to review them together, so nothing is left to chance.

Deposits are non-refundable, and prices do not include tax and credit card fees.
cancellations
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time require full payment; cancellations within 24–48 hours require 50% payment. In an extreme emergency, please reach out and discuss it directly with your artist.
touch-ups
Plan on a perfecting touch-up after healing, and a refresh touch-up every 10–14 months, at a fraction of the original procedure price.
weekend visits
Saturday appointments run 10am–3pm. Building doors are closed on weekends, just contact your technician on arrival and we'll let you in.

Do I need a consultation before my first procedure?
Not necessarily. A consultation is only for clients who feel unsure or have doubts and want to talk with the artist first. If you are already sure about the procedure, you can book it directly. Consultations are $50 and take about 30 minutes.
Is a deposit required to book?
A $50 deposit secures your permanent makeup appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, and prices do not include taxes and credit card fees.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time require full payment; cancellations within 24–48 hours require 50% payment. Life happens, the sooner you let us know, the better. In an extreme emergency, such as an injury or family crisis, please reach out and discuss it directly with your artist.
How long does permanent makeup last?
After your initial procedure and perfecting touch-up, a refresh touch-up, usually 10 to 14 months later, keeps your brows or lips fresh and sharp for 24 to 30 months, at a fraction of the original procedure price.
